Northfold is based in the North East England. We build simple, useful software for businesses like yours, and run a few products of our own too.
Our story
It started with one team and a spreadsheet
Northfold was founded by Ben Kyle. For years Ben has built software to fix the problems in front of him: first for esports teams, then for letting agents, then for local businesses. Northfold is where all of that lives now.
- Where it started
Coach, manager and problem-solver
Ben spent over ten years in professional esports, where he won six championships as a coach. Along the way he built scouting and performance tools for the teams he worked with.
- Athlete Nexus
The tools grew up
Those tools became Athlete Nexus, which professional esports teams now use to manage training, player wellbeing, schedules and medical care.
- LetFlow
A different industry, the same problem
Letting agents were juggling spreadsheets, inboxes and filing cabinets, so LetFlow brought the whole office together in one place.

Northfold brings the products and the client work together, so any small business can get the same kind of help.
