Privacy

This policy covers northfold.tech. Our products (LetFlow and Athlete Nexus) each have their own privacy policy on their own websites.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, business name (if you give it) and your message. That information is emailed to us so we can reply. We don’t sell it, share it or add you to a mailing list.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set tracking or advertising cookies. Any analytics we use are cookieless and don’t identify you personally.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship and any legal record-keeping period after it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@northfold.tech and we’ll sort it out.
